Restaurant drains work harder than any other drains we service. Grease, food solids, and constant volume mean kitchen lines, floor sinks, and trench drains build up on a schedule — and when they back up mid-shift, it’s a health-inspection problem and a lost-revenue problem at the same time.
The photos on this page are real Pensacola-area restaurant calls: floor sinks packed with straws, caps, and debris, and a trench drain filled to the grate — then the same drains flowing clean after service.
What we service
- Floor sinks and floor drains — cleared, cleaned, and flowing
- Trench drains — full-length cleaning, not just the visible end
- Kitchen and dish lines — the grease-heavy lines that slow down first
- Bar drains — fruit, napkins, and straws are a constant
- Restroom lines in high-traffic dining rooms
The maintenance case, honestly
Every restaurant line that clogs on a predictable cycle can be put on a cleaning schedule slightly shorter than that cycle — and then it simply stops being an emergency. Scheduled hydro jetting on grease lines costs less than one dinner-rush shutdown, and we schedule it for your closed hours. That’s the whole pitch: pay less, on your calendar, instead of more, on the clog’s calendar.
Common questions
Why do restaurant drains clog so often?
Grease, food solids, straws, bottle caps, and floor debris all end up in floor sinks and trench drains — and grease hardens inside cool underground lines. High volume plus grease means restaurant lines build up faster than any other kind we service. It's not bad luck; it's physics, and maintenance beats emergencies.
Can you work around our hours?
Yes — we schedule maintenance for closed or slow hours so your kitchen isn't disrupted. Check our current hours on our Google page and we'll work out a time.
Do you service grease traps?
Grease trap pumping isn't a service we offer — but the drain lines to and from them, floor sinks, trench drains, and kitchen lines are exactly what we do.
